Elizabeth Grace arrived Thursday 19th May. 8lbs 7ozs. Grandma is doing well.

I can now show you some of the pictures of the bag I made for Gail on our Craft forum. She was specific in what she wanted but I am pretty happy with how it turned out.I love the crocheted flower and yo-yo.

Another one of My BOM's done. I just love the fabric. It is MODA "Oasis"I am going to have to spoil myself and buy some more. This was just a charm pack. the block is ....Twin sisters and done with foundation piecing. I think I could become addicted to that. It leaves the block very crisp I think.

I have been making a bag for a swap over on the forum. I wanted to add a crocheted flower and followed directions from a "website" on crochet. It looked like a blob,,then I realised the directions call for a dc --but I (australians )call them trbles. I am so happy with it now. Will put up a picture when my swappee opens her parcel. Our boys love to watch the flyovers so off we went on ANZAC day. It is such a special day and we had an enjoyable time. Easter and Anzac Days, together, was very special . We were able to remember Men who had died for our freedoms,now and hereafter.

this is the hexi that was causing me a problem. I "fussy cut "the roses and then decided INVISIBLE thread was the best way to go. My partner over on the forum appears to be happy with it.
