Visitors and stippling.

We will be having the busiest time of Our Church year in 2 weeks. In preparing for visitors I am cleaning and rearranging my sewing room.

Unfortunately(fortunately) I bought a new darning foot and I would rather be practicing that. But if I hurry and get the room done I can get back to it.

I said I would be back. I have the picture of "Emily"and did not tell you about her.We had a doll swap on the craft forum and this is what I received from the doll maker extraordinaire Guiliana. Sha is lovely. For my swap  partner Nomes she did not want a doll, she  wanted a stitchery which included her fave. color purple and "Owls" This is what I did for her.

A first!!

I have put my first Dear Jane block on the bloghttp://janiacsunite.blogspot.com.au/ It is A-8 Florence Nightingale. I bought a (couple )of bags of lovely Repro fabrics from a craft fair and are now going to use these. If I can get 1 block cut out b4 I go to work I can easily get one done in my "down time" So that is my plan for this week. I need to go and do some pruning now as we are getting a new fence around our pool and I do not want the tradies just pulling up everything. Hope you all have a lovely week.

 I could tell you all I have been so busy that I have not had time to get on here but I do not lie.  No, DS3 has my computer until his new one arrives. Dad has not ordered it yet. Soon.         No operation date yet. But I do know DIL is going back to work in Feb. and I will only have the 2 grandies 1 day.  One whole day is for sewing Definitely!!!!Best go and get myself organised. I do need to put up my To-do list. Scary!

A new year and a new resolve. Be a better blogger and a better or more consistent blogger. This will help me to get all my UFO'S and new projects finished. Less time on computer as well.Wht is every one else planning?.I need to go and check out all the new BOM's that are starting .LOL
